Sometimes when creating new content or stocking a new product, the challenge of 'How do I get noticed?' is a common theme when talking with our customers.
Recently we were tasked with creating a cheat sheet for a business owner who struggled with the formatting, language and style of creating engaging social media posts for a retail store.
First we looked at the imagery of some of the best performing posts that used the keywords that we knew would suit the businesses core offer. Our next step was to shortlist 30 options of #hashtags and create 2 customs ones that can be used for branding moving forward.
Stage 3 was to generate over 50 different combinations of social media content templates for relevant channels, wich included an easy to follow format such as <insert product name> @Supplier.
To make things simpler again, and to remove the tedious task of locating all the @Supplier handles, we found these and made notes on how to tag them into all social media posts moving forward.
Going into this project we set multiple goals.
1. Create more comfort for the business owner, on creating content where we can easily see they will be able to branch out and generate their own content.
2. Engage more customers, use relevant keywords and drive an increase of followers.
3. Measure our Growth, where we will look back and review in 2 weeks and then 2 months to review any changes to the channel followers and traction online.
